BEARING MAN - SECUNDA
Design, develop and the construction of an Industrial Workshoo.
The 1100m2 development was the first in the new industrial area.
KG MALL - WATER TREATMENT & RECYCLING
Wastewater Treatment Facility of 80m/kl per day.
The treated wastewater is used for irrigation, cooling towers, fire water and toilet flushing.
EASTLAND'S ESTATE
Over 50’s Retirement estate, installed a 120kl/day wastewater treatment plant.
The final treated water is re0used for irrigation and filling of the artificial water ponds on the estate.
MAKOTI STUDENT ACCOMODATION
The construction of a 56 unit complex to serve as student accommodation. A total of 2200m2.
Phase 2 is currently under construction and will result in a further 56 units.
